Utility Bill Monitoring

The staff at Process Energy Services can help facilities set up customized utility bill tracking systems or provide these services on a monthly basis for facilities that need assistance with data entry, checking bills for errors and analyzing energy use trends based on process parameters.

Energy Evaluations  

Based on 10 years of experience performing energy evaluations, we have developed a comprehensive approach for identifying and packaging energy improvements that includes equipment efficiency testing, process data reviews, system modeling, optimizing facility heating and ventilation systems, and investigating renewable energy opportunities. 

Pump Efficiency Testing

For facilities with multiple pump systems, Process Energy Services has the equipment and experience needed to evaluate pump system efficiency. Our testing equipment includes a portable ultrasonic flow meter, pressure instrumentation, power quality analyzer and data loggers to trend equipment operation. 

Training

Process Energy Services is proud to have a qualified member of our staff as a U.S. DOE Certified Pump Systems Instructor. We have conducted extensive training workshops on pump system optimization, energy manager training, energy conservation for water and wastewater facilities, and performance contracting. Based on this experience, we have developed a performance-based approach that uses site-specific data and hands-on energy training to help facility staff evaluate and develop energy saving projects.

Consulting 

For those clients that need help with a specific energy issue, Process Energy Services can provide technical or management assistance as needed. Past consulting projects have included setting up energy management programs, developing efficiency related employee recognition programs, developing project RFPs, assembling standard operating procedures, and researching renewable technologies.
