Process Energy Services is a New Hampshire based energy consulting firm specializing in municipal water and wastewater energy evaluations, utility bill monitoring and analysis, pump efficiency testing, water and wastewater energy training and energy consulting work for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities. 

Process Energy Services is proud to be a U.S. Department of Energy Best Practice Alliance Partner with a member of our staff certified as a DOE Qualified Pump Optimization Specialist. We are also members of the World Environment Federation (WEF) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and have participated in the AWWA National Energy Committee.

Our President, Steve Bolles, CEM, has over 15 years experience designing, constructing and optimizing water and wastewater facilities. He has also worked with a national energy services company (ESCO), and performed water system energy audits and wastewater energy audits, pump efficiency testing and pump optimization training workshops throughout the U.S., Canada, Brazil and China.
